Khushi Baby is a non-profit organization, specializing in digital health solutions. Maximizing public health impact is at the core of our work. Impact must both be created through data-driven interventions and measured systematically in an iterative process. Creating an impact in public health is a multi-step, multi-stakeholder, and multi-year process. Measuring impact requires first measuring the accuracy of reported data and establishing a mixed-methods process for longitudinal evaluation and independent validation. Sustaining impact requires testing an intervention, scaling the intervention by assembling appropriate resources, and institutionalizing adoption of new practices and a culture of iterative growth.
Khushi Baby’s solution includes team + technology for both health systems strengthening and measurement of the health system’s impact. The technology platform, CHIP, a one-stop solution to harmonize over 800 public health indicators, enables community health workers (digitally, clinically, and financially), health officials, beneficiaries, and public health researchers to understand local health disparities and respond with data-driven, evidence-based public health interventions, with ongoing impact evaluation. Khushi Baby’s team provides capacity building support for end-to-end platform implementation and data-driven decision-making. The platform is designed to measure and address bio-psycho-social, climate, and gender related frameworks for public health impact.
